  • padstone Financial Management Ltd is a firm of Independent Financial Advisors based on the outskirts of Hereford
  • we are very enthusiastic about technology and utilise the latest software and systems to provide full, regular reporting to our clients
  • the applicant also needs to possess great communication skills, as this role will involve direct contact with clients
  • we manage portfolios in-house and have well established connections with a number of leading UK stockbrokers, offering an effective wealth management service
  • hours of work will be Monday to Friday
  • full and part-time applicants will be considered and there can be some flexibility with working hours
  • due to a retirement within the company, we require a Client Review Manager to run and oversee the Client Review Department, working directly alongside our Financial Advisor and other staff within the office setting
  • the successful applicant needs to be a great team player, possess excellent IT and data entry skills, work well using their own initiative and be proficient at both letter writing and diary management

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • able to work using own initiative
  • great team player
  • good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • approachable with a good telephone manner
  • good organisational skills, as diary management will be a key part of the role
  • data inputting knowledge and/or experience
  • microsoft Office: 2 years
