Responsibility

  • adding and assigning items to students
  • share with CEO for review
  • preparing csv files for direct debit collection – monthly or termly
  • maintain communication with debtors regarding payment plans and outstanding debt
  • liaising with parents regarding any queries they may have regarding their statement
  • daily reconciliation of all PACT bank accounts
  • invoicing of international students and ensuring accurate host family payments
  • prepare all salary letters according to the agreed budget ready to be sent to staff by heads / CEO
