Company descriptionPacitti Hamilton Chartered Accountants is a vibrant and professional company who recently won the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce Most Promising New Business of the Year award.Job descriptionWe are looking for a part time Compliance Administrator to join our ever growing team in our busy office in Paisley. The role is for 20 hours per week with hours to suit the candidate but within our 9-5 office hours. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a compliance role, is required as is a passion to learn and develop. We pride ourselves on having a happy and committed office and as we prefer to promote within our existing team, this role offers real potential for the future. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves being organised, has impeccable attention to detail and who enjoys meeting people as you will be our first point of contact for our clients. The job role includes, but is not limited to, ensuring our compliance is up to date (eg, AML, engagement letters and all other aspects of client onboarding) as well as general office duties such as answering the phone, mail and other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the office as time allows.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From £11.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
