  • posting of supplier invoices and dealing with statements
  • calculating CIS deductions and issuing CIS statements
  • posting and frequent reconciliations to maintain accurate accounting records
  • setting up of new supplier accounts and ongoing supplier management
  • general administration to assist the wider team as required
  • working directly to the Accounts Administrators the successful applicant will work with the internal team as well as assisting with customers if need be
