- train, motivate, and mentor hair stylists and sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals
- stay updated with hair industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions
- we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Shop Manager to lead our team at PYT Hairstyle Shop - Trafford Centre
- ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment at all times
- as a leading hair brand, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and offering a diverse range of high-quality hair products and services
- build and maintain customer loyalty by delivering personalized hair recommendations and resolving customer concerns
Requirements
- strong knowledge of hair products, styles, and industry trends
- proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- excellent leadership and people management skills
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- proficient in inventory management and retail software systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- minimum of 5 years of experience in the hair industry or direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
