Working hours

Responsibility

  • comply with the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  • move materials by forklift and overhead crane as necessary
  • transport goods to subcontractors and customers
  • load and unload materials/tools from deliveries ensuring relevant paperwork is checked and submitted to the office
  • ensure products are safely positioned in the relevant area ready for fabrication or machine operations
  • remove swarf from machines and floor areas as necessary
  • forklift truck maintenance checks
  • clean and tidy all areas inside and outside Machine Shop

Education

  • fork Lift License
  • secondary School Education or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • inventory Management
  • overhead Gantry Crane
  • banksman Slinger
  • manual Handling
  • strong Verbal & Written Skills
  • forklift: 1 year
