Responsibility

  • your primary duties and responsibilities would be but not limited to
  • the successful candidate would be the initial point of contact for the Transport Department in regards to all administration enquiries
  • monitoring all deliveries and reporting demurrage to customers if required
  • we are looking for a Transport Administrator to work along side the Transport Director and Transport Planners at their head office located in Mildenhall, Suffolk
  • P+F Safepac Co Ltd are based in Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7AP
  • responsible for responding to transport requests for information from third party companies and customers. Sending POD's etc when requested
  • checking drivers weekly timesheets against driver daily tachograph print outs to ensure full compliance
  • working hours would be Monday to Friday 0900 - 17:00, but could be adjusted slightly for the right candidate

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
