facilitating customer credit card payments and managing the associated administration
maintaining and being responsible for internal database and spreadsheets
answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries
provide a general and overall support to the wider team during busy periods
undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your remit
preparing customer invoices and receipts on our MS Dynamics CRM platform and addressing any customer/invoicing queries, thereby ensuring completed work orders are closed in a timely manner
