Responsibility
- your role may involve outreach work at student homes or out in the community taking students on local trips
- attending feedback meetings & regular training with management team
- delivering age-appropriate fitness activities
- follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure every child is kept safe and feels safe
- uphold the Oxford Creators code of conduct at all times
- tailor sessions to each childs individual strengths, passions and interests whilst instilling confidence and raising their self-esteem
- writing session notes & reports about students
- designing and developing a creative fitness curriculum and PE lessons for students in a 1:1 basis or group
