OXFORD CREATORS CIC is looking for employees for positions:

  • sports coach

Responsibility

  • your role may involve outreach work at student homes or out in the community taking students on local trips
  • attending feedback meetings & regular training with management team
  • delivering age-appropriate fitness activities
  • follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure every child is kept safe and feels safe
  • uphold the Oxford Creators code of conduct at all times
  • tailor sessions to each childs individual strengths, passions and interests whilst instilling confidence and raising their self-esteem
  • writing session notes & reports about students
  • designing and developing a creative fitness curriculum and PE lessons for students in a 1:1 basis or group

Requirements

  • sports coaching: 1 year
