Requirements

  • ability to design/implement new internal systems as required using a range of software applications
  • knowledge of programming languages
  • experience of installing Operating Systems / Software
  • A keen interest/passion for IT
  • have previous experience within an IT and ERP setting
  • some experience of providing investigation and fault-finding support
  • A good grasp and knowledge of a range of operating systems including Windows 7,10 and 11; Windows Server, and ERP Systems
  • excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibility

  • assistance with setting up new users on the systems, desk moves as well as dealing with any other information system change requests
