Requirements

  • project management experience in the construction sector
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the London Residential sector
  • ability to work quickly while also ensuring safe operation on site
  • high standard of organisation and time management
  • ability to act on own initiative, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • effective in all forms of communication
  • flexible, with excellent attention to detail
  • experience of Project and Programme Management

Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate will be responsible for site management of employees and subcontractors, while also liaising closely with management
  • on-site direction of projects from acceptance of quote through to completion
  • manage all aspects of a project to a satisfactory conclusion, and within specified dates
  • establish and maintain professional relationships with all contractors and suppliers
  • oversee day to day construction including planning, procurement, valuation, estimation and site manager duties
  • manage project schedules and control costs, source materials at competitive pricing, striving for minimal wastage
  • ensure deliverables and services are being provided to satisfaction
  • weekly reporting on progress , cost and programme, procurement, safety, risk and any issues requiring office support
