  • in charge of all elements of customer service and delegation of administration tasks between yourself and a small team
  • communicate with customers at all levels, appropriately and professionally; building close working relationships with key customers via service level agreements
  • lead the customer service & administration team to improve overall customer service satisfaction
  • be a role model for delivering great service with a confident approach to talking to customers and colleagues
  • understand all functions of both Sterling and LocateIt systems
