OVERFINCH is looking for employees for positions:
- develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of Overfinch vehicles, including Land Rover base models and any Overfinch enhancement products
- create professional client presentations
- manipulation of imagery to cater for client preferences of vehicle specifications, e.g. new stitching colours
- create engaging and eye-catching press ads
- assist the legal team with the creation of line drawings for legal documents
- creation of new forms for administrative purposes
- build emails for distribution to the Overfinch database
- suggest new designs and formats for our creatives that are on-brand but improve our existing offering
- educated to degree level in marketing, graphic design or equivalent discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- an awareness of the Overfinch brand and / or a willingness to learn
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work to deadlines
- excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail
- working knowledge of HTML is desirable but not essential
- good understanding of UX/UI design
- must have a creative flair but know how to apply this within the constraints of an established brand
- assist with the transportation of customer vehicles between Company Showrooms and customer’s delivery destination
- maintain an awareness of Company insurance stipulations with regards to use of Company vehicles
- occasionally chauffeur of Company Chairman and Senior Management
- competent use of vehicle satellite navigation systems
- plan efficient routes to destinations prior to departure, accounting for transportation times, road closures, traffic etc
- plan alternative routes to destinations in the event that you face an obstruction
- complete journeys within given time constraints
- follow procedures for safe driving in line with the Highway Code and the Company handbook for ‘Use and Driving of Vehicles While at Work’
- 1-3 years' driving experience
- experience in customer vehicle delivery is desirable
- assist with general maintenance of London Showroom during quiet periods
- experience driving Company Directors, Executives and Senior Management is desirable
- valeting of vehicles
- A good working knowledge of the UK road network
- experience of driving in Europe is desirable
- must be able to safely lift a minimum of 30kg
- develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of Overfinch vehicles, including Land Rover base models and any Overfinch enhancement products
- develop knowledge regarding the manufacturing of Overfinch vehicle enhancement products
- carry out training on new model vehicles to maintain product knowledge
- handle day to day UK vehicle sales enquiries
- schedule appointments at the showroom for customers to view and test drive vehicles
- maintain favourable relations with existing vehicle sales customers
- maximise customer prospecting opportunities, as outlined by the head of sales administration and data danagement
- process payments towards the sale of vehicles
- educated to degree level in Business, Sales or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- A demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets
- an awareness of the Overfinch brand and / or a willingness to learn
- experience working with high net worth individuals
- an ability to build a rapport with a wide range of customers and suppliers
- an ability to work as part of a team under your own initiative
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of Microsoft packages and database systems
