- outtareach is looking for a Part-time appointment coordinator to join our team in Coventry
- coordinating appointments with schools for new buisness
- follow up on all appointments and make sure they are on time
- managing the calendar to make sure all appointments are on time
- reviewing all work performed by the technicians to ensure that it is up to our standards of excellence

Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred. However, we will train the right person with a strong work ethic
- ability to prioritize tasks and be self-directed is also preferred, but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know about managing your time effectively
