- be able to shift operations at a moment's notice with minimal impact on core business functions
- research and find creative approaches to experiment with/ implement ongoing contemporary visual marketing strategies to drive project profitability
- point of contact for brands- ensure clients are included during essential stages of the project’s lifecycle
- able to identify potential best sellers for our streams
- constantly researching to create new trending concepts that increase engagement and profitability
- perform regular risk assessments to ensure that all streams are being executed safely
- manage the strategic and creative development for the livestream department, liaising with brands in conjunction with our talent, finance, and on-set teams independently to ensure brand productions are successful and achieve the best targets possible within budget
- review and communicate any necessary adjustment to be made for set and staff before going live- You should ensure that there are minimal amendments required prior to the day of the live stream
Requirements
- experience working in the commercial industry
- background in brand facing negotiations and account management is preferred
- superior detail oriented multitasking skills
- strong knowledge of social media consumerism is preferred
- data driven approach to conceptualising projects and production
- 2+ years of Senior Project Management/ Senior Producer experience
- 4+ years in a digital media landscape
