Responsibility
- greeting and assisting customers in the store
- handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
- assisting with online order fulfillment and shipping
- updating product listings and prices on our e-commerce platform
- processing goods in deliveries
- maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- previous retail or customer service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory
- experience or interest in camping and outdoor activities is beneficial
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with online order fulfillment and MS Office is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
- flexibility to work weekends and some holidays as required
