we’re looking for an exceptional IT Support Engineer with a high level of technical knowledge
as a IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote technical support for our client base
our ideal candidate will be an experienced Technical Support Engineer from a Managed Service Provider background
you will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the ability to multi-task at times

A passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service is essential
the role will involve fault diagnosis and resolution, providing onsite, remote and telephone support for client infrastructure and end-users whilst ensuring SLA's are met
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
core networking fundamentals
strong experience of configuring and maintaining Windows server environments including experience with working with Microsoft’s Exchange, SQL, RDS and IIS
knowledge of working with virtualised environments, specifically Hyper-V and VMware
knowledge of working with virtualised environments, specifically Hyper-V
A good practical understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
first-hand experience of migrating services to Microsoft 365
