Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have the following keys skills
- we require new team members to join our busy Customer Services department
- this is a customer service and administrative role, processing orders received via phone and email from customers nationwide
- A strong attention to detail as you will be working with medical supplies and prescriptions
- clear and concise communication skills in both internal and external environments
- the ability to be adaptable in the workplace and flexible in your work approach
- previous work in pharmacy or a similar role, whilst not essential, may be of benefit to this role
- exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on providing the best possible experience for the patient using the facilities provided
