Responsibility

  • the Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, as directed by the Clinic
  • operations Manager; liaising with the Consultants-in-Charge, as necessary, and ensuring patients and visitors are treated professionally
  • the post holder will be required to cover all three pop-up clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays and
  • fridays and work from home on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • POSITION: Receptionist
  • REPORTS TO: Clinic Operations Manager
  • clinic LOCATIONS: 3 Days in our pop-up Clinics and 2 Days Hybrid working
  • being the Front of House, the receptionists will be the first point of contact for staff and patients, meeting and greeting them in a professional manner whilst additionally providing an administrative support

Requirements

  • ❖ Over 2 years’ experience working in a busy reception area or customer service
  • customer service: 2 years
  • receptionist: 2 years
