Responsibility

  • implement/maintain 3PL Meeting Governance to support internal HOT & Osprey stakeholders’ requirements
  • implement continuous improvement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality
  • analyze logistics data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • share forecasts and anticipate Peak Season operational requirements for all flows with 3PL
