Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will receive a salary of £12.00 per hour
  • OSG Service Group provide security and risk management services to the retail, corporate, education, manufacturing and public sectors
  • OSG Service Group are currently seeking a Security Supervisor to manage one of our retail teams working at a prestigious retail store in Central London
  • we have supplied security services to the high end retail sector for over twenty-five years and as a result our retail client portfolio include some of the leading names in fashion, jewellery and beauty
  • we are looking for an exceptional individual who exhibit excellent leadership skills to manage an experienced security team and act as a liaison between our client and OSG management within a fast paced retail environment
  • proactively contribute to the store’s loss prevention strategy
  • collating loss prevention figures
  • monitor team members turnout and image

Requirements

  • applicants must hold a valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervision licence
  • retail security experience
  • 5 year checkable work history / career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858
  • previous supervisory experience
  • well groomed
  • reliable and punctual
  • excellent communication skills
  • proactive, positive, can do attitude
