drive the management and financial performance of our current long-term project
manage the team associated with the delivery to ensure objectives and performance metrics are met
to manage one of our key automotive client accounts on behalf of Osbourne Purdie, comprising all client related activity associated with their dealership training and other adjacent activities
forecast, plan and schedule circa 800 learners through multiple learning interventions per annum
taking direct responsibility for both completing and allocating tasks associated with the account and responsibility for operational team members, to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet quality requirements
define and execute the contact strategy to achieve the required targets and KPIs
taking pride in meeting and exceeding the requirements of the client and the Group through providing a professional service, through both task completion and regular, effective communications
data analysis of trends and behaviours to develop process improvements and communication process
