Responsibility

  • delivery outstanding service to clients and tenants and internal functions
  • proactively and confidently handle challenging conversations with tenants and landlords
  • provide a designated group of client’s with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings accounts
  • always ensure awareness of changing laws and compliance with strict property legislation
  • liaise with third party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
  • key releases
  • develop and understand
  • ensure Management Agreements and Tenancy Agreements are current within legislation and completed

Requirements

  • answer telephone calls professionally and deal with complaints in an effective manner
  • property Manager experience
  • ensure a weekly report is issued to management
  • full clean driving licence and own car for work
  • ARLA Qualified
  • property Management: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
  • basic per annum
