Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • ensuring all systems are kept up to date and records are accurate
  • reconciling client and business account
  • opportunity for an experienced accounts person to really make a difference in a growing property business as our portfolio of products and properties under management increases
  • in addition to the fundamentals of accounting, you will have a clear understanding of how a business operates and the importance of timely information to assist decision making
  • processing rental payments and payments to landlords / manage rent arrears process
  • you’ll be incredibly detail-orientated, well-organised and able to proactively solve problems in this small, friendly team. Ideally, you will have financial administration experience as well as experience in working with professional accountants
  • dealing with all Landlords bills
  • understanding of utilities and precise record keeping
