ensuring all systems are kept up to date and records are accurate
reconciling client and business account
opportunity for an experienced accounts person to really make a difference in a growing property business as our portfolio of products and properties under management increases
in addition to the fundamentals of accounting, you will have a clear understanding of how a business operates and the importance of timely information to assist decision making
processing rental payments and payments to landlords / manage rent arrears process
you’ll be incredibly detail-orientated, well-organised and able to proactively solve problems in this small, friendly team. Ideally, you will have financial administration experience as well as experience in working with professional accountants
dealing with all Landlords bills
understanding of utilities and precise record keeping
