ORME is looking for employees for positions:

architectural technician

  • architectural technician
  • receptionist / administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • production of detailed drawings and technical information from stage 4 through to completion
  • the ability to contribute to a design process, solving architectural and technical problems
  • excellent understanding of construction methods and building systems
  • proven experience in delivering for-construction drawings
  • strong technical design skills and a sound knowledge of statutory regulations
  • widely experienced in the residential sector and commercial experience would be beneficial
  • proficient in Autocad. Experience in Revit would be advantageous but not essential
  • production building regulation package

Requirements

  • be commercially astute with the ability to demonstrate delivering projects within financial budgets and time constraints
  • have experience in construction detailing
  • have sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • the ability to liaise effectively and confidently both internally and externally
  • be able to demonstrate experience in meeting planning policy, residential and commercial design , ensuring quality standards are maintained and UK Building Regulations
