  • co-leading the team on a daily basis - including rotas, hours and organisation
  • understanding of upcoming bookings - packing lists, suppliers and extra ad hocs
  • ensuring company procedure is in place - no corners cut, all working with an open book
  • correctly loading and unloading vehicles - always thinking one step ahead
  • client & supplier liaison on site - to be thrived on. They’re happy, we’re happy
  • ability to drive , vans and vehicles with trailers – safely
