- to ensure manufacturing always has a minimum of 98.5% stock availability
- to develop and implement Procurement strategies set by the HOD in line with overall company objectives
- to forecast and facilitate the company's ancillary purchases
- to deliver on key KPIs around the performance of the Procurement function
- to analyse sales and manufacturing data highlighting and filling gaps in the supply chain
- to manage the stock shortages liaising with the relevant stakeholders as required
