Responsibility
delivery of customer implementation projects; the deployment of our software solutions/products to customers following successful award of contracts
primary contact/interface to the customer for the initial implementation of the contracted services
customer stakeholder management through the lifecycle of the project
delivery of regular Customer and internal project reporting
clear and concise expectation management; what will we deliver, by when, using input from our technical teams to manage customer messaging

Requirements
demonstrable, extensive experience in managing multiple enterprise level software deployments, with differing degrees of complexity and size at the same time
excels in the energy domain as the primary interface with energy actor customers leading & delivering implementation projects, working closely with Account Management to ensure they are aligned on project challenges
illustrates a customer centric philosophy, supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to live users of our technology, developing close relationships with stakeholders and building trust
adaptable to work in a highly dynamic workplace with rapidly changing priorities, successfully managing multiple inflight projects and multiple stakeholders including customers and other external third parties
comfortable working in an environment where there is a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty as the technology stack matures on an ongoing basis
