Responsibility

  • delivery of customer implementation projects; the deployment of our software solutions/products to customers following successful award of contracts
  • primary contact/interface to the customer for the initial implementation of the contracted services
  • customer stakeholder management through the lifecycle of the project
  • delivery of regular Customer and internal project reporting
  • clear and concise expectation management; what will we deliver, by when, using input from our technical teams to manage customer messaging

Requirements

  • demonstrable, extensive experience in managing multiple enterprise level software deployments, with differing degrees of complexity and size at the same time
  • excels in the energy domain as the primary interface with energy actor customers leading & delivering implementation projects, working closely with Account Management to ensure they are aligned on project challenges
  • illustrates a customer centric philosophy, supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to live users of our technology, developing close relationships with stakeholders and building trust
  • adaptable to work in a highly dynamic workplace with rapidly changing priorities, successfully managing multiple inflight projects and multiple stakeholders including customers and other external third parties
  • comfortable working in an environment where there is a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty as the technology stack matures on an ongoing basis
