Responsibility
oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative and operational functions
maintain accurate financial records, including cash management, reconciliation and reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
monitor and analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and regulators, and represent the company professionally in all external interactions
oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment
prepare regular reports on the performance of the MSB office and make recommendations for improvement
assist MLRO in implementation of effective policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations
assist the MLRO in training staff to ensure that all operational processes are followed, customer service is maintained at a high level, and team performance is maximised
Requirements
bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in the financial services industry, preferably in a Payment Services Business
knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and experience with compliance requirements
strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners, and regulators
ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational data
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong attention to detail and accuracy
