Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience ideally within a highly customer focused environment
  • experience in Aviation industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • AAT or studying towards technical accounting certificate is a plus but not mandatory
  • basic knowledge of financial accounting
  • experience of dealing with large number of invoices efficiently
  • excellent accuracy and attention to details
  • strong Communication skills

Responsibility

  • collating the data for recharges to the aircraft owners
  • control recharges to customers against costs. Make sure that all costs incurred on behalf of customers are invoiced
  • collecting the invoices to support credit card spend
  • credit cards and employees’ expenses processing in the financial system
  • prepayments / Accruals postings and reconciliation
  • preparing information for the budget and forecasts
