- job Title Account Manager
- serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships
- understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations
- regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects/campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
- identifying issues before they can become problems, being the voice of the client in the agency and vice versa
- proactively identifying opportunities with the client to unlock positive progress
- stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for clients
- collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers to deliver remarkable client outcomes
