  • first point of contact for invoice and accounts enquiries
  • assist in accounts receivable and payable
  • assist with the bank and credit card reconciliations
  • facilitate invoice process to agreed monthly targets
  • onboarding new clients, suppliers, staff, and consultants
  • assist Head of Operations in collating information for monthly Board Meetings
  • update client purchase ledgers

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, in person, and on the phone
  • IT literate
