Responsibility
- providing excellent customer service that exceeds all customer’s expectations
- ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously
- developing a comprehensive product knowledge to help customers select the best product available for them
- ensuring all deliveries are checked off accurately, promptly and that relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently and quickly
- perform cashier duties, using our EPOS system and handling cash and card transactions
- maintaining a clean and tidy store environment for both customers and colleagues
- maintaining accurate stock levels in the store, including the rotation and re-stocking of product lines
Requirements
- minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and work independently
- excellent interpersonal and customer service experience
