Responsibility
- our client is a market leader in modular and portable buildings, they are looking for a Gas Engineer
- what You'll Be Doing As a Gas Engineer
- carry out full gas connection of our holiday homes to cylinders and meters
- you will be responsible for gas testing and ensuring new appliances are installed safely in our holiday homes
- you will keep clear and accurate records of checks, audits and renewals
- you will report to the Head of Facilities and support our Maintenance Team to complete reactive and planned maintenance to ensure everything is in good working order while making sure that all our holiday homes are safely connected and certified
- providing quality workmanship and following all Health & Safety requirements whilst on the job
- you will deliver day to day gas repairs across a variety of holiday homes and units, including boiler and water heating systems
Requirements
- hold all current Gas Safe Qualifications including LPG systems
- experience of completing gas work within holiday homes would be desirable but not essential
- have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- ACS Gas Qualification in LPG Previous Gas Safe Registered Engineer Must be highly competent
