Responsibility

  • we are seeking to appoint a Finance and Operations Administrator to join our busy Bursary team based in Chiswick
  • this is an ideal opportunity for an able and enthusiastic person on contribute to and provide strong support to the bursary
  • you should be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst achieving accuracy and paying attention to detail
  • you will also be required to work on your own initiative within the scope of your role
  • production of termly fee invoices to parents, and other ad hoc invoices for related services
  • answering queries from parents and suppliers
  • experience of working within an educational environment would be beneficial
  • liaising with the Registrar to ensure parent records on iSAMS are accurate, enabling correct invoicing for all pupils on roll
