Requirements

- previous experience of managing a small team of staff and delegation of workload
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties
- previous experience of good supervision and supervision training
- level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent
- A valid current driving licence
- providing care: 1 year
- social Care: 1 year
Responsibility
- you will be responsible for conducting and properly recording regular supervisions for all team members in accordance with current guidelines
