Responsibility

  • develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with the goals of the golf academy
  • conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • you will work closely with the management team to identify sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
  • create and manage a customer database, using Orbis Golf’s systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • the role involves both outbound and inbound sales activities, such as lead generation, sales calls, presentations, and partnerships
  • respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the golf academy's programs and services
  • conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective customers
  • follow up with all in-active clients to re-engage and re-book

Requirements

  • proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the golf industry
  • strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of the golf industry, including equipment, rules, and etiquette
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the job
