- assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals
- follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- oranges and Lemons is a cafe in East Bergholt. We are looking for a second chef to join our small and friendly team
- hours will be approximately 9-3.30 Tue-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays, but may be slightly less or more depending on how busy the cafe is
Requirements
- basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- good communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team
