Responsibility
- the Orange Square is a privately owned restaurant/bar, the first of its kind along the Broadway
- now we are seeking a passionate, skilled chef to join our team
- this is not a role that comes up frequently
- ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
- assisting the head chef and sous chef with menu planning
- we produce homecooked food to the highest standards, including homemade stocks, hand-cut steaks, specials and dessert boards
- overseeing kitchen operation whilst senior members are absent
- enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
