- proven experience of delivering Fit - out projects primarily within the Hospitality and Retail Sector
- successful track record of managing and coordinate projects within the construction sector
- ability to communicate project status to stakeholders and team members
- understanding of project management principles and the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- develop and implement quality assurance processes
- lead meetings with stakeholders to review progress and ensure alignment with project goals
- proficient in reading drawings , specifications and knowledge of construction process
- experience of presenting tender submissions in collaboration with the Sales/ Marketing Director
