OPTIPLAN KITCHENS is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • take telephone enquiries from customers, obtaining appropriate contact information for any call back. Forward or deal with relevant enquiries as appropriate
  • assisting the Installation Planner to help ensure scheduling KPI’s are hit and no jobs are missed
  • whilst providing an understanding of what has being ordered (i.e
  • wardrobe type) and to provide confirmation of product ship dates for urgent return work
  • any other reasonable duties specified by the Departmental Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

  • previous Customer Service experience
  • retail Kitchen and Bedroom Experience
  • good knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • team player
  • ability to deal with irate customers
  • professional telephone manner
  • ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years
