Responsibility
- take telephone enquiries from customers, obtaining appropriate contact information for any call back. Forward or deal with relevant enquiries as appropriate
- assisting the Installation Planner to help ensure scheduling KPI’s are hit and no jobs are missed
- whilst providing an understanding of what has being ordered (i.e
- wardrobe type) and to provide confirmation of product ship dates for urgent return work
- any other reasonable duties specified by the Departmental Supervisor or Manager
Requirements
- previous Customer Service experience
- retail Kitchen and Bedroom Experience
- good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- team player
- ability to deal with irate customers
- professional telephone manner
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years
