Responsibility
take telephone enquiries from customers, obtaining appropriate contact information for any call back. Forward or deal with relevant enquiries as appropriate
assisting the Installation Planner to help ensure scheduling KPI’s are hit and no jobs are missed
whilst providing an understanding of what has being ordered (i.e
wardrobe type) and to provide confirmation of product ship dates for urgent return work
any other reasonable duties specified by the Departmental Supervisor or Manager
Requirements
previous Customer Service experience
retail Kitchen and Bedroom Experience
good knowledge of MS Office programmes
team player
ability to deal with irate customers
professional telephone manner
ability to multi-task and work under pressure
customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years
