Responsibility
we require candidates preferably with some knowledge of the construction industry
the overall remit of the role is to support the senior management team with all operation activities, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
the role would suit someone that has site experience working on the tools but looking to take the next step to develop their career
reports To: Project Managers
role: We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Apprentice Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with excellent organisational skills with proven experience of ensuring work tasks are completed on time
assist Project Manager as required
provide the design team with in date current marked up drawings for review
provide administration support to the project team when required
Requirements
an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical would be beneficial
construction experience working in plumbing or electrical would benefit the candidate
full training plan will be provided for the role and will be reviewed on the candidate’s current level on training
ability to work independently and within Project Team
excellent organisational skills
ability to identify problems and provide resolutions
full driving licence as you will need to travel to Client sites as and when required
ensuring works are completed in line with the health and safety policy
Education
A-Level or equivalent
