working mainly in large colleges, commercial offices and schools providing commercial pipefitting / plumbing installations, repairs and installation work
5+ years industry experience post training/qualification
plumbing: 3 years
the vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment, hence a working knowledge of heating distribution and ventilation systems is essential
pipe work covering all pipe sizes including galvanised iron, mild steel, copper, plastic, composite etc. to include mapress or similar jointing systems

role: We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Apprentice Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with excellent organisational skills with proven experience of ensuring work tasks are completed on time
assist Project Manager as required
provide the design team with in date current marked up drawings for review
provide administration support to the project team when required

an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical would be beneficial
