- engaging with applicants for our advertised training programmes / apprenticeships and providing the relevant information and booking them onto the training
- engage with external referral partners to attract learner referrals
- optimum Skills is a leading North East training and apprenticeship provider, with centres delivering outstanding quality to support individuals with their careers, and businesses with their growth
- drive call volume on a daily basis in response to applications
- manage, nurture and convert inbound calls
- provide engaging and articulate information about Optimum Skills value to potential learners
- maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate information and activity report
- work closely within the Business Development Team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
Requirements
