Responsibility
we are looking for a reliable office administrator to join our small team
you will undertake all office administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
you will support the day-to-day operations of our business where required, which will include sales/office administration, some HR and payroll functions and duties, and order distribution
the role will also include making direct contact with our customers/prospective customers by telephone assisting them with orders and queries and maintaining regular posts to our social media channels
are you enthusiastic, and motivated, and share our values and passion for making a real difference to the lives of the people we support?
managing all office phone calls and correspondence, assisting customers and suppliers with queries and upselling additional products and services where required to our customers
perform additional tasks as directed by the company's Managing Director
assist with payroll elements and HR functions when required
Requirements
proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills
excellent organisational
ability to use your initiative and reasoning skills
self-driven, resilient, and time-conscious qualities
team player
outgoing with an approachable personality
attention to detail skills
