Responsibility
- the primary responsibility of the role will be advising camera operators and crew on the purchase of our equipment
- this could be over the phone, face to face or by email
- this is usually followed up by demonstrations in our show room to help customers make informed decisions on the bespoke and specialised equipment they are buying
- whilst the role can be quite hands on there are important administrative responsibilities such as quoting customers and preparing the finalised paperwork for payment, maintaining stock levels and the shipping of goods
- as we are manufacturing our own equipment some responsibilities will involve supplying and distributing our products worldwide. Maintaining existing relationships with resellers and helping build new ones is an important aspect of this
