Requirements

  • proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technically focused company
  • excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with customers and suppliers
  • experience of accounts administration processes
  • proficient in using standard office software and database management systems
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data management
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
  • demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers

Responsibility

  • support the organisation's leadership team by performing general administrative tasks as required
  • collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • assist in the generation of reports on financial statistics, trends, and current activity
  • organise and coordinate formal & informal events, including meetings, conferences, and large networking gatherings
