Responsibility

  • we are an "all hands-on deck" company and although it is a fun job, it is hard work
  • meet regularly with senior managers to develop and report on strategic plans for team objective
  • opie's Emporium are looking to take on a part time supervisor, we are open 7 days a week and are looking for the ideal candidate to work mainly weekends and evenings
  • monitor customer and client satisfaction and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to senior managers
  • we’re known for exceptional customer service and are looking for a supervisor who can be the face of our company, providing attentive service at every turn
  • track performance and conduct employee reviews
  • the ideal candidate will be well versed in all areas of business, with proven skills for scheduling, delegating, and motivating. Weekends can be very busy in the shop, fast paced, with customers needing help, advice, harness/jacket fittings etc
  • the supervisor will be an inspiring team member who’s ready to ensure productivity and quality performance across both our retail store and online
