Responsibility
- proactive Business Development and Account Management with candidates, potential talent and clients/Schools
- ensure the full process of compliance and onboarding is actioned including management of clients/candidate timesheets, ‘Right to Work’, safeguarding, screening etc
- achieve results with your productivity and sales targets for an exceptional fulfilment rate of candidate and client service levels
- keep up to date on relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge
- adhere to standards and processes related to compliance and Safer Recruitment Practices
- report to Managers on improvements, findings, and terminated contracts monthly
- resource relevant candidates for your clients and forward plan ensuring that you have enough candidates of various disciplines to support your desk pipeline
- manage complaints according to company policy and deliver any feedback to both schools and candidates in a professional and effective way
Requirements
- previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired
- have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures
- experience in Sales or Customer Service environment is essential
- effective time management, multitasking and workload management skills, with the ability to work towards set goals, targets and meet deadlines
- excellent rapport building
- strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate through various platforms; email, phone, technology, online
- strong presentation skills
