we are looking for a permanent full time/part time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Assistant
you will be joining an established business which has now grown to a size where it now requires an office administrator/bookkeeper
this is a very good opportunity to make a difference and to grow with the business
the position is suitable for part time or full time role
previous experience working in an office environment and accounts is preferred however not imperative
if you are highly motivated, extremely organised and have excellent communication skills and are looking for an opportunity where you will have real autonomy to organise and run the day-to-day administration, this is role is for you
Requirements
exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
presentation skills and customer services knowledge
outstanding verbal and written communication skills
basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
