Responsibility
- fully responsible for the logistics of the warehouse
- process customer orders and ensure all orders go out on same day
- liaise with our courier and other suppliers
- full responsibility for VADOplex product line – Service/Maintenance, stock control/Supply chain
- establish and maintain good working relationships with our colleagues in Germany
- to be the Health & Safety Representative & First Aider
- oversee & carry out all operations in the warehouse, such as receiving, warehousing, customs, ordering, distribution, and maintenance, to warrant premium customer service and avoid backorders at any time as well as managing stock takes
- set up all necessary steps to ensure product availability, this includes all processes from order, transport/logistics and customs until receipt of the goods in the warehouse
